Jovanka is the Personal Assistant to Frank Cusmano, her responsibilities are to assist Frank with New Business, Client Review’s and any Financial Planning queries. Jovanka is currently studying towards her Diploma in Financial Services. Outside of hours Jovanka loves shopping and being at home relaxing with her husband.

Hayley Joined IPS in 2009 as a Financial Planner, and has a broad knowledge of the financial services sector, as well as two years in tax and accounting. She prides herself on her dynamic approach to financial planning, as well as dedication to her clients. Hayley is well versed in all aspects of financial planning but specializes in Self Managed superannuation funds and Wealth Creation Strategies.

Debbie is a specialist in Corporate Superannuation having dealt with a range of clients from large companies such as Oil and Gas, Mining, and Law firms to the small to medium business operators. Deb works closely with the Directors of IPS to ensure our clients achieve their needs for all their staff and insurance obligations. She enjoys the interaction with people that her job brings to her every day life and strives to create a friendly but professional service to our clients.

Kasey has been employed in the Financial Services Industry since 2004.
Kasey joined IPS in 2010 as an Assistant Account Executive working with Jeff Concanen one of the IPS Directors. Kasey thrives on helping people and the challenge of finding solutions in an efficient and professional manner. Kasey provides broking and client services support for the team. She is Tier 1 accredited and hopes to pursue further education. She is friendly and loves catching up with friends on the weekends.

Jade has been employed in the Financial Services Industry since 2003.
She is an enthusiastic team member who endeavors to provide the utmost professional service to all clients.
Jade joined IPS in 2008 as an Account Executive, her role includes assisting the Directors in all areas of Insurance Broking and working towards building her own portfolio in the future. Jade is Tier 1 accredited and is currently working towards her diploma of Finance Services (Insurance Broking). She is friendly, outgoing and loves socialising with friends on the weekends.

Samantha has been in the Financial Services industry since 2001 and joined IPS in 2006. Sam is a vibrant and energetic team member, who is enthusiastic & dedicated to her role. Her responsibilities include assisting the Brokers, liaising with clients, policy quoting and processing and providing customer service. Sam has obtained her Tier 2 in Financial Services and is currently studying to obtain her Diploma in Financial Services in Insurance Broking. Sam was married on the 7th Nov 2009 to her long term partner, Daniel. She enjoys spending time down the beach with Daniel & her dogs. (See photos in Events Gallery)

Lucy has been in the Insurance Industry since 1976.
Joined IPS in November 2000 and since then has become one of our key staff members.
Lucy is loyal, efficient and has a very strong passion for client service. In her role as Account Executive Lucy is responsible for day to day management of a portfolio of clients in the small to medium business field plus assisting the directors in all areas of Insurance Broking. In addition to her role, Lucy also manages the General Insurance Accounts. Apart from her long term experience in this industry, she is Tier 1 accredited and continues to pursue further education.

| Laura Di Russo - Administration/Customer Service |

Laura started at IPS in 2007. You will find her in the reception area when you visit our office. Laura’s focus is providing great customer service for all of IPS’s clients .
As well as carrying out an administrative role for IPS, she is enjoying extending her knowledge and skills by been an assistant to Debbie West in Corporate Superannuation.

Teresa joined IPS Financial Solutions in February 2004 in the role of personal assistant to the managing director.
Teresa commenced her insurance career with an independently owned dealer group and has over 15 years experience in the life insurance industry.Teresa recently returned to IPS after taking maternity leave and assists in general administration tasks on a part-time basis.

Cristina is responsible for creating our quarterly newsletters. She was first employed by IPS in 1998, but left in 2003 to have a baby. Since then she has had another child and is now back on the team working part-time.
